Shipping/ Returns & Exchanges


Please allow 5-7 business days for production of our product. 

Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking. 


If you are not satisfied with your order,  please contact us via email within 30 days of purchase. We will have you ship product back so we can inspect your order and if approved, full refund will be returned to you via the same method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for refund to appear on your bank statement. 

For both Returns & Exchanges, product must be unused, unwashed, unworn in the same condition you received it including tags and in original packaging. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 11525 37A AVE NW, Edmonton AB T6J 0J6, Canada.

Please be advised that sending product back for full return is at the cost of customer. Shipping costs for exchange only is covered by HelloLittles Co.
